August I.T. Camp 2009
This is the school holidays for August...and during the holidays , NCIA have make another program for I.T. Camp in August...The main theme is to create a greeting card by using Microsoft Publisher...Above is the photo of creation the greeting of greeting card by kids during their group presentation for that particular holidays...
However is not fully upload all the pictures yet because is too many photo to be upload yet...That why I will compile all the 3 IT Camp from June until December into a 1 single Movie Maker which will be finished real soon before 2010...Once I have done the Movie Moker , I will upload into the blogspot as well as YouTube for kids over there to view it from their home....

First Week In School Report
First Week In School Report
Report Day 1
1. Computer Labs not completely done yet because of Electricity , Alarm , Telephone & Streamyx not setup yet & I temporary stay in teacher staff room.
2. Some of the teacher ask me to repair PC which cannot turn On. Than help them to check the PC which have problem & I have solved their problem.
3. The computer labs key I still never have it yet because still in the Air-Con person hold it as I being told by the Principal.
4. At 10.05am , the cable pipe contractor coming to install the cable pipe.
5. Now the contractor guy still on the way to do their works. Time is 11.30am.
6. While the contractor doing their work, I have enter the labs to checking the things around there is in good condition. Ie : computer table , chair & etc… except the cupboard which got problem because cannot open the thing widely.
7. Inside my cITaKU labs just have 15 computer table, 15 computer chair , 15 plug point + 15 network point ( computer side ) , 2 plug point + 1 network point ( CCTV side ) , 1 plug point + 1 air-con plug point + 1 network point ( server side ) , 1 CCTV , 1 server rack , 1 alarm sensor , 2 air conditioner , 3 On / Off switch + 1 Alarm switch , 1 Office table + 1 Office chair , 1 CCTV rack , 1 big book rack , 2 fire sensor , 1 main switch & 1 alarm box.
8. Later afternoon around 1.xxpm , I need to go to SJK ( T ) Nibong Tebal that is Uma’s school to capture the Picture of the labs & submit to Miss Diana by MMS & around 2.xx pm, I & Uma go to TM Point in Sg. Bakap to ask when can setup streamyx in our labs. Then the customer services, gave us another phone contractor of streamyx En. Sallehudin. Than I called that contractor but he said didn’t received any information about this streamyx setup & later that night I told Uma to inform Miss Diana about this matters.
9. After go to TM Point in Sg. Bakap, I & Uma return back to Nibong Tebal TNB to chase them about when can install the meter in our school but the customer service said need 1 month time to process because need to checking , investigating , signing & etc…
10. After that , I & Uma go back to my school to meet the labs contractor around 4.xx pm but ending that they have gone back. Than I fetch Uma back to her school & I’m going back around 5.xx pm.
End Of Day 1 Report !!!
Report Day 2
1. Second day in school, I have received the key from the Air-Con contractor around 10.xx am & I have make a called to Uma regarding the news of streamyx setup & Uma said that she already inform Miss Diana about this matter & Miss Diana gave Uma the real streamyx contractor contact number which Uma called that contractor & end up with that streamyx contractor wanna discuss with Miss Diana. Later on that contractor call Uma & told Uma within this week they will fixed the streamyx in our labs.
2. After that around 11.xx am, I start cleaning the cITaKU lab which I lap the computer desk , office table , windows while the HM ask me need help or not ? If yes , the HM will ask some of the student to stay back after school to help me…..but I didn’t accept the offer. All the teacher in my school treat me very nice.
3. Later around 1.xx pm , I go to Uma’s school to go out with her to go TNB to chase them to install the meter & TNB officer than said that they have sign the agreement which our labs contractor submit lately on 1st April 2009. Than the TNB officer said that by right they need 1 month time to checking , investigating & etc…But since we both said that we are from Northern Corridor , Jabatan Perdana Menteri & than they try help us do quickly & promise me within this week will fixed it.
4. After that I return back to my school to continue cleaning lab.
5. Some of the student from Standard 5K wanna volunteer their help to help me clean the labs after school & I let them help but they not really help instead chit chat & disturb me. Yang melampau is girl student wanna tackle me. Asking a lot of question wanna know me still bachelor or not…I feel funny with them but I still didn’t chat too much with the girl student when they look at me like something…Make me shame…haiz…..
6. Later the HM come down and ask them to go out from my labs if not truly help me clean the lab…
7. Than I continue again my cleaning lab until 5.45pm…Than I wanna go back that time, I saw a group of samseng person in the Parking Lot. That samseng saw me that time , they try to chat & kacau me but I didn’t chat too much with them & drive the car go back…
8. Now I have a bit worry about the safetyness in the labs especially in the coming future. No wonder the HM don’t want the community coming to the labs to learn our syllabus. Now I can feel it the dangerous over here.
9. For my side, I a bit worry about my life when the next time I faced that samseng group again. Hopefully I wish can transfer to Sin Min Chinese school in Bkt Gantang ASAP. At least in Taiping is my place. I not so worry about my life safety.
End Of Day 2 Report !!!
Report Day 3
1. Today the lab contractor come to school to fixed the hole outside the cabin at 9.xx am & I ask the contractor when can he paid the payment to TNB for them to come to setup wiring & meter. Than the contractor said that today he will go to make a payment for both school at TNB.
2. At around 12.45pm , I’m helping HM to check her laptop viruses.
3. Around 1.15pm, one of the student brought his mother to complain about the teacher beat him. I saw that teacher before but I don’t think so that teacher beat him seriously. After that the HM call that student to find out the truth. That student already change their word. Luckily all is settle peacefully.
4. I’m thinking if 1 day I scold the kids if they naughty, I don’t know how the kids told to their parent. Maybe will tell their parent I beat him even I didn’t do so. If told the parent, I guess my life over won’t be too easy to going on already. Haiz make me felt scary only when see this type of situation happen.
5. At 1.45pm , I’m going to school lab computer to check their PC & together teaching the kids PowerPoint.
6. Around 3.45pm I’m make a called to TNB regarding meter installation & they said tomorrow will come to do the cabling & Friday will install the meter to my lab already. I mention to TNB that the contractor now have make the payment already. So hope can do it fast & they said ok already.
7. Today I will back early around 4.45pm because I don’t faced the samseng group later on. That why I choose to be early back. Hopefully can understand my situation.
End of Day 3 Report !!!
Report Day 4
1. Today as usual I make called to TNB to chased them to setup the cabling & meter and they said later on the TNB contractor will come to fixed the cabling & install the meter too. By right the meter will be set on Friday but I said to TNB officer my boss is on the way coming to my school. If possible, please setup by today & they said they will try to install meter to me by today.
2. Later on the PC Supplier come to send the PC around 10.xx am & I help them to bring the PC to my labs & at the same time the TNB arrived to do the cabling in to my labs too.
3. Mean while I Miss Diana called to me & ask me the direction to my school & I told Miss the direction on how to come here. Luckily Miss already reach my school peacefully around 11.xx am. But before Miss reach my school, I have to go to staff room the checking the HM computer to download some attachment which teacher around there didn’t have winRAR software. Once the attachment is download, they cannot open it. That why I help to transfer that file into the laptop which have winRAR & unzip it. Now they can open that files already.
4. Once Miss reach here, Kaizal & Shukri from ClickSoft already arrived to help to setup the PC & software & the supplier bos Edmond Kee also arrived here too & chat with Miss Diana. After that I also got report to Miss Diana in the past 3 day happening in school.
5. Around 12.xx pm, another TNB contractor come to install the meter which within 6 minute & is done.
6. After that Miss Diana , supplier staff , Kaizal & Shukri (ClickSoft) go to Uma’s school to move the PC which first the supplier put it in the school labs because Uma’s labs didn’t have electricity at that time. Once have electricity, they move it back the PC to Uma’s labs again. Mean while my labs is still in the halfway & they told me that they will coming back again once Uma’s labs PC is done.
7. After they go to Uma’s school, I am checking plug point , the lamp & the air-con & all is in good condition.
8. After checking, I closed my lab & goto Uma’s school to go out with her to brought the Pad Lock to Lock the Labs since the PC is arrived.
9. Once I reached Uma’s school, I also help them a bit to move the PC to the labs.
10. Around 2.xx pm, I , Miss Diana & Uma go out to brought the food to the technician guy in 2 seperated car. After buy the food, Miss is back to the school while I & Uma go to find the Pad Lock in the Kedai Logam shop. One Pad Lock is RM 23.00 because Miss request want the good Pad Lock. That why we brought 4 Pad Lock. 2 for Uma & 2 for myself.
11. After that, I & Uma having lunch & fetch Uma back to the school around 4.xx pm
12. After that, I am going back to my school & to wait the television supplier to send the TV for CCTV. Around 5.xx pm I & that TV supplier reach my school.
13. After setup the TV , I am sweeping the floor & arrange the PC to make it look tidy while waiting Kaizal & Shukri (ClickSoft) come to finish the remaining jobs in my labs.
14. Around 7.10pm they have arrived in my school to finish the remaining jobs while I just testing the Pad Lock see is ok or not.
15. Around 9.10pm, they all finish the thing up & I close everything & lock everything before I going home. Before I going back, I ask Kaizal regarding the server & they said by next month only can fixed it already because their schedule is tied.
16. This is the first overtime in school since the last overtime in Rakan Muda.
End of Day 4 Report !!!
Report Day 5
1. Today I do checking all the PC in good condition & also do partition in for the hard disk after get the approval from Miss Diana.
2. Later on the HM come to ask me is it possible tomorrow they can use my labs for learning PowerPoint ?
3. By right second day I already told HM that if PC arrived also, I cannot open for the class yet because I need time to troubleshooting for the PC. Than the HM told me can use the school labs to teach them PowerPoint in this coming Saturday. After that I agree to teach them PowerPoint if using their own labs not mine.
4. But after saw the PC is coming & have electricity, HM said wanna use my labs for learning PowerPoint but HM said the teacher will use their own laptop for PowerPoint but if not enough, than only will use my labs PC for PowerPoint. Now I don’t know how to reject it because the HM treat me very nice. If reject, will make the HM thinking that I am self-fish for the labs. That why I have to accept the condition.
5. Later on during school recess time, the kids come to me again & asking when can enter the labs & I said not now but next month. But I also inform the kids that the labs is not belong to school instead is belong to government Northern Corridor. So you all need to take care of the PC when the next you all using it. Otherwise, you all won’t see the labs in the school anymore. I said like that is because I want them to appreciated the PC in my labs also I am sure the kids will pass the message to the teacher & this message will make it clear for the teacher in hope they won’t the opportunity they have in my labs. So why I did like that is because Miss Diana told me that the Shiykin school in Chong Wah, the HM wanna try to take control it of the labs. Before labs is open, the HM said different word. But once labs is on, the HM forget their promises to Miss Diana already. That why I am also worry that my school HM might same as Shiykin school. That why I use the kids to pass the message indirectly to the teacher around there since I cannot face to face reject the HM. If using the kids passing the message indirectly will also much make the kids appreciated the PC in my labs. Otherwise Northern Corridor take back the labs.
6. After recess time, I continue to do my remaining partition creating.
7. Later on I received the called from Miss Diana is regarding the streamyx will be setup in next week due to the contractor who last time wanna install streamyx that time, my labs not finish built yet & now they need to reapply again for the streamyx & next week sure they will install the streamyx already. Once the streamyx is finish setup, than I can configured the streamyx account in the wireless modem to make my school to became WiFi area & also I can update my report daily already.
8. Around 1.45pm, the kids of the school wanna treat me eat laksa. I said don’t want la. I smiling said, if you treat me eat laksa, you might have Prawn Behind The Stone ( Udang Di Sebalik Batu ). The kids said no la. He said I really wanna treat you eat laksa because he saw me hardworking do troubleshooting. At that moment my heart get touch because of the word. Then I told the kids that later on around 4.xx pm than we go to eat laksa. But mana tahu, time spent in Uma’s labs already over what I promise to them. Now they might be disappointed to me. But anyway I will settle kids next week Monday.
9. Around 2pm, I go to Uma’s school to create Hard Disk Partition for each PC & also teach Uma how to make the Ghost Image for the Windows just in case anything happen to the PC, she can know how to do the restore back by using Ghost Software.
10. While I was in Uma’s school my labs PC I left turn on to make sure no problem when I return back.
11. Around 5.xx pm I going back to my school but is too late because the school is lock the entrance & I have no choice but to climb pagar with the help of 2 student which time like that will play basketball in the school. They help me to wait for me while I shutdown all the thing in the labs & lock all the door. Than kids help me bring my thing to my car. I am appreciated the kids.
12. Around night time, I am try to refresh my PowerPoint memory because seldom use PowerPoint for Hyperlink. Now is time to get Hyper for tomorrow journey. Haiz is too nervous now.
End of Day 5 Report !!!
Report Day 6 ( Special Case )
1. Today is my first time ever I begin my journey to start teaching the teacher of PowerPoint interactive on how to do some animation of PowerPoint & how to do Hyperlink in PowerPoint. Make me felt nervous only. Haiz…
2. Before class begin, the HM introduce me to all the teacher. This make me felt shy with them. Then I begin to introduce like what I did during interview that time.
3. After that, class begin. First the HM want me to teach them how to use Mail Merge. But I said I haven’t do revision on this topic yet. I just gone through the revision on Hyperlink in PowerPoint.
4. Then the HM said if like that, than never mind. Ask me to teach them what I have learn from revision. But I still nervous. Then the HM help me gave idea. Than I just do it only.
5. The most shame to me is certain teacher is better than me in PowerPoint. Haiz make me more shy about it. Anyway this is my first experience in teaching. Than everything is going smoothly until the end in 1pm.

Last Day In Penang NCIA Office !!!

Today Will Be My Last Day In NORTHERN CORRIDOR IMPLEMENTATION AUTHORITY Or ( NCIA ) In Penang Office...
So My Quest In School Will Begin Next Week Monday That Is 13th April 2009...Hopefully Everything Will Be Going Smoothly Over There...So Take Care My Friends Which Have Been Goto School Early This Week & For Bob & Ijam, You Both Need To Be Stronge With Our Leaving From NCIA Penang...
So Until Time Has Come For All Of Us To Be Meet Again The Near Future...
